the aparthotel is located close to tram, bus, and train stations. It is near all activities and restaurants. the apartment included good equipment and it was clean. i used the superb rooftop pool, spa, sauna, and gym area. i found it on the 9th floor. the staff were helpful.

the air conditioner made cooling the bedroom a challenge because it was only in the living space.

i found the location to be very convenient. the new facilities were easy to use. the gym has treadmills and stationary bikes and the swimming pool looked pretty. staff gave clear instructions on check-in and luggage drop off. everything was seamless.

the shower pressure wasn't quite as strong as i prefer it to be, but this was a very minor issue indeed.

the reception team was cute and helpful throughout my stay, addressing every request promptly. staff members provided efficient assistance with luggage storage and also offered helpful directions to nearby attractions. the service was consistently professional.

while there wasn't extensive on-site dining, i did like the proximity to numerous restaurants and cafes. the queen victoria markets are a short walk, with several diverse food options. i found the location to be very convenient.

The location is very convenient. Marvel stadium and southern cross station are within a short walk. i found the inclusion of laundry powder and dishwashing liquid very helpful. i felt secure .

i wanted more soap after reception hours, but a staff member said i needed to wait until the receptionist returned.

The location is near Spencer Street station! Getting here from the airport via the Skybus was simple. Queen Victoria Markets are nearby. Crown Casino and shopping at Melbourne Central. Hardware Lane has great dinners.

The hotel lobby is quite small.

I enjoyed a good location near Korea town. The apartment had a large study nook, which suited my luggage. I found Coles and Asian supermarkets really close. I had a well appointed one-bedroom apartment and that was useful.

The checkout process was honestly unacceptable. The receptionist ignored me when I wanted to confirm I could leave the room cards. There was no express check-out option available and that caused stress.

Staff were friendly and helpful and provided good service. Catherine were really nice with a thoughtful surprise for my daughter. The building had a beautiful indoor pool for residents.

This hotel sits in the middle of Korea town. Loads of restaurants provide different cuisine options. Spencer St outlets are also very close to the building. These options make the hotel ideal.

My apartment included a kitchen with all appliances. The bed felt comfy after long days. I used the washing machine and dryer and that was a bonus. The room was quite soundproof.
